Retrieves the RSS feed\n2. Saves it to file (*default filename: csirtita.xml*)\n3. Grabs the alerts' title\n4. Prints on screen the titles\n5. Saves the titles to file (*default filename: csirtita_YYYY-MM-DD.json*)\n4.
