Command line options to choose the output filename from a column in\n   the spreadsheet (instead of always taking the first column).  The\n   option should allow selection by index (0-based) or by column\n   header name.\n\n2. Documentation\n\n3. Unit tests\n\n4. Support more spreadsheet formats:\n\n   - CSV, TSV\n   - Excel\n     \n     - command-line option to choose which sheet to read\n       \n   - YAML\n   - JSON\n\n5. Maybe allow arbitary text processing on the output filename?\n   Currently, the output filename is passed through a filter (``subn``\n   with ``GERMAN_SUBS``, which could be called ``de2ascii`` or\n   something).
