The main purpose is to allow using [grpcurl](https://github.com/fullstorydev/grpcurl).\n\n**Caution**\n\n* This gem only supports files that generated by the latest `protoc`.\n* This gem doesn't support all GRPC Server Reflection Protocol features. Currently, only supports requests by `file_containing_symbol` and `list_services`.\n\n## Installation\n\nAdd this line to your application's Gemfile:\n\n```ruby\ngem 'grpc_reflection'\n```\n\nAnd then execute:\n\n    $ bundle\n\nOr install it yourself as:\n\n    $ gem install grpc_reflection\n\n## Usage\n\nThis gem provies the server for GRPC Server Reflection Protocol. Please add it to your GRPC server.\n\n```ruby\ns = GRPC::RpcServer.new\ns.add_http2_port('0.0.0.0:50051', :this_port_is_insecure)\ns.handle(GrpcReflection::Server)\ns.run_till_terminated_or_interrupted([1, 'int', 'SIGTERM'])\n```\n\nIf you want to use v1 alpha, please use `GrpcReflection::ServerAlpha`.\n\n```ruby\ns.handle(GrpcReflection::ServerAlpha)\n```\n\n## Development\n\nAfter checking out the repo, run `bin/setup` to install dependencies. Then, run `rake test` to run the tests. You can also run `bin/console` for an interactive prompt that will allow you to experiment.\n\nTo install this gem onto your local machine, run `bundle exec rake install`.
