找工作的基本步骤\n\n一、 阅读 [程序员的自我修养-关于工作](https://www.kancloud.cn/kancloud/a-programmer-prepares/78238)，完成对应的工作：找工作前需要思考的问题、原则与技巧、关于简历。\n\n二、 然后评估身价（工资），三个比较：自己技术能力与岗位要求对比、自己实力（背景、智商、情商、外貌）与其他竞争者对比、当前行情与历年行情对比。\n\n三、 找一份机器学习工作的准备\n\n一名计算机专业的工程师必须具备的能力：狭义上的编程能力 （熟练一种或多种编程语言）+ 狭义上的数据结构与算法（表、栈、队列、树、散列表、优先队列、排序...）\n\n一名算法工程师的能力 = 计算机专业的工程师必须具备的能力 + 专业算法能力（计算机视觉、自然语言处理、传统机器学习...）\n\n\n比如，我去 GitHub
