I don't have much time to expand this further so please consider submitting a theme!\n\n## Submit a Theme\nPlease help grow this package by submitting your own custom ggplot theme for a movie, show, or videogame. To submit, edit the [`theme_template.R`](inst/theme_template.R) script file or run `ThemePark:::new_theme_park_theme()` and send the edited script to matthew.jane@uconn.edu or submit a pull request. I will review it and add it or respond with suggested edits. Have fun with it!\n\n## Themes contributed\n\nName | Theme | Creator(s) |\n---- | ----- | ---------- |\n**Barbie** | `theme_barbie()` | Matthew B. You can see the list within your R session using:\n``` {r}\nlibrary(ThemePark)\nhead(themepark_themes)\n```\n\nThe Barbie theme (`theme_barbie()`) has been one of the most popular themes from `ThemePark`. Use it with the included dataset `barbie_box_office` like below:\n\n```{r}\nlibrary(ggplot2)\n\n# see suggested colours in the palette\nbarbie_theme_colors\n\n# plot Box Office Takings (in million USD) over Days Since Release\nggplot(barbie_box_office |\u003e dplyr::mutate(daily=daily/1000000), \n       aes(x = day, y = daily)) +\n\tgeom_smooth(method = 'loess', \n\t            color  = barbie_theme_colors[\"dark\"],\n\t            fill   = barbie_theme_colors[\"light\"]) +\n\tgeom_point(color = barbie_theme_colors[\"medium\"]) +\n\tlabs(title = \"Barbie Scatter Plot\",\n\t     subtitle = \"Daily box office takings\",\n\t     caption  = \"Source: www.boxofficemojo.com\",\n\t     x = \"Days since release\",\n\t     y = \"Box office takings (million USD)\") +\n\ttheme_barbie()\n```\n\n\nBelow is an example of using the Game of Thrones theme.\n\n```{r example}\n# see suggested colours in the palette\ngameofthrones_theme_colors\n\n`X variable` \u003c- rnorm(50, 0, 1)\n`Y variable` \u003c- rnorm(50, 0, 1)\n\nggplot(data = NULL, aes(x = `X variable`, y = `Y variable`)) +\n  theme_gameofthrones(gameofthrones_font = TRUE) +\n  geom_smooth(method = \"lm\",\n              color = gameofthrones_theme_colors[\"dark\"],\n              fill = gameofthrones_theme_colors[\"light\"]) +\n  geom_point(color = gameofthrones_theme_colors[\"medium\"]) +\n  ggtitle(\"Game of Thrones Scatter Plot\")\n```\n\nWe can mix this with colors from the Barbie theme.\n\n```{r cars}\ng \u003c- ggplot(mpg, aes(cty))\ng + geom_density(fill = barbie_theme_colors[\"medium\"]) +\n    labs(\n        title = \"Density plot\",\n        subtitle = \"City Mileage\",\n        caption = \"Source: mpg\",\n        x = \"City Mileage\"\n    ) +\n    theme_gameofthrones()\n```\n\n```{r}\nggplot(data = NULL, aes(x = `X variable`, y = `Y variable`)) +\n  theme_avatar(avatar_font = TRUE) +\n  geom_smooth(method = \"lm\", color = avatar_theme_colors[\"dark\"], fill = avatar_theme_colors[\"light\"]) +\n  geom_point(color = avatar_theme_colors[\"medium\"]) +\n  ggtitle(\"Avatar Scatter Plot\")\n```\n\n\n```{r}\nggplot(data.frame(x = rnorm(100), y = rnorm(100)), aes(x, y)) +\n  geom_smooth(method = \"lm\", color = godfather_theme_colors[\"dark\"], fill = godfather_theme_colors[\"light\"]) +\n  geom_point(color = godfather_theme_colors[\"medium\"]) +\n  labs(title = \"The Godfather theme\", x = \"Variable x\", y = \"Variable y\") +\n  theme_godfather(godfather_font = TRUE)\n```\n\n\n## Citation\n\n### BibTeX:\n```\n@software{Jane2023,\n  author = {Jané, Matthew B. and Pilling, Luke C. and Kenny, Christopher T.},\n  month = {6},\n  title = {ThemePark: popular culture ggplot themes},\n  url = {https://github.com/MatthewBJane/ThemePark},\n  version = {0.0.1},\n  year = {2023}\n}\n```\n### APA:\nJané, M.B., Pilling, Luke C., \u0026 Kenny, Christopher T.
