Encyclopedia of Chess Opening

Create an eco.pgn based from the eco.pgn from [pgn-extract](https://www.cs.kent.ac.uk/people/staff/djb/pgn-extract/).

## Revisions

* Add Variation value to missing Variation tag using the player names from oldest recorded games. 

* Modify opening names.
