This rake task will build the Apache NiFi downloaded from https://nifi.incubator.apache.org/download.html

### Setup

* Ensure simp-rack-helpers rubygem is installed.

### Usage

* rake clean

* rake build:rpm[path_to_tar.gz,mock_environment]
