# QTAB Twin Data Models

Example models for analysing the QTAB dataset

## 01_create_familywise_datafile.R

Example code to create a familywise dataset (i.e. one family per row) for use in OpenMx.

## 02_umx.R

Example code for running twin models using umx (a simplified version of OpenMx).

## 03_sat_covariate_OpenMx.R

Example code for assumption testing, estimating twin correlations, examining covariate effects (using OpenMx).
