BDN9 Macropad Case

Here's case design files for the [BDN9](https://keeb.io/products/bdn9-3x3-9-key-macropad-rotary-encoder-support), a 3x3 macropad with support for two rotary encoders in the top two corners.

The height of the mid layer is 12mm.

The various layers in the file are for the switch plate, acrylic mid layer, etc, just turn on/off layers to get the desired result.
