Tutorial

--------

To run the tutorial in Windows:  

    - Open a command window (Win+R, cmd, OK)  

    - Change to the directory where you cloned the Babel repo  

    - bin\babel.exe  

    - At the prompt, enter: quick\_start !

    - Follow the on-screen directions
