## ESIP Software Assessment Guidelines

This repo contains the draft of the [Guidelines](https://esipfed.github.io/Software-Assessment-Guidelines/guidelines.html), best viewed as Github Pages. If you would like to comment on the draft, please use the hypothes.is annotations or create an issue. I don't recommend forking/pull requests on the raw documents. The current comment period is open through October 31, 2016.
