PEVN (PostgreSQL Express VueJS NodeJS) Starter

## Usage
1. Install dependencies
`npm install`
2. Setup DB
```
./node_modules/.bin/sequelize db:create
./node_modules/.bin/sequelize db:migrate
```2. Run the application
`npm start`
