# Introduction

This repository contains Erlang implementation of PBKDF2 algorithm

defined by the [RFC

8018](https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc8018).

# Disclaimer

This repository is not maintained anymore as the OTP has merged my

patches to introduce `hash_equal` and `pbkdf2_hmac` functions in the

crypto module.

# Build

You can build the library with:

    make build

# Test

You can execute the test suite with:

    make dialyzer test

You can generate the test coverage with:

    make cover
