# Description
PSR Toolkit is a tool that allows you to quicky calculate significant values, including Dispersion Measure (DM), Period Derivative (Pdot), Characteristic Age (τ), Minimum Mean Density (ρ), Maximum Radius (R), Minimum Mass (M), Moment of Inertia (I) and Rotational Kinetic Energy (E_rot).
PSR Toolkit is Compatible with Python versions 2.x and 3.x.
