# [Gardener Machine Controller Manager Provider for IONOS](https://gardener.cloud)

Project Gardener implements the automated management and operation of [Kubernetes](https://kubernetes.io/) clusters as a service.

Its main principle is to leverage Kubernetes concepts for all of its tasks.

Out of tree MCM provider implementation for IONOS.

Please be aware that you need to request cloud-init support for your IONOS contract before able to use this implementation.
