- move this to an webserver (with php)

- get TochScroll into your root directory: git http://github.com/davidaurelio/TouchScroll.git

- get the latest jQuery Version: curl -O http://code.jquery.com/jquery-1.4.2.min.js

- rename config.sample.inc.php to config.inc.php and configure it

- create an "media" folder in the root directory of your media installation and put some iPad ready mp4s into it

- create an "tvshow" folder in the root directory of your media installation and create some folders in it - one for every tv show

	- put an file "banner.jpg" into each of these folders for every tv show. You may get banners e.g. here: http://thetvdb.com/

	- put some tv shows into every folder. make sure it has an mp4 extension and an S02E12 like season / episode tag in it

- create an "cache" folder in the root directory and chmod 777 it

- fire up index.html on your iPad

- you should the banners for every tv show
