### Prerequisites
- Python 3.8+
- OpenAI API key with Realtime API access
- Twilio account with phone number
- ngrok or similar tunneling service for local development
### 1. Install Dependencies

### 2. Environment Configuration
Create a `.env` file in the project root:

### 3. Start the Server
Choose one of the following methods:
