Automated Horse Racing in Gta 5

## Background

So Grand Theft Auto 5 has horse racing in it, but it turns out that the odds vs payouts is actually slightly in favor of the better if certain conditions are met.

The purpose of this script is to automatically determine if it is a profitable time to bet or not,

and then vary the bet amount before finally submitting it and starting the whole process over again.

It can be left to run for however long is desired.
