# BiocEMBO2015

This repository contains course material for the EMBO Practical

Course: Analysis of High-Throughput Sequencing Data, Hinxton, UK,

October, 2015. The material is for part of day 1, covering

introductory R / Bioconductor, short read sequence manipulation, core

classes, aligned reads, annotation, and variants. See the
