VSCode的B站直播弹幕机

## Features

在 `OutputChannel` 中显示弹幕，弹幕以双感叹号开头，会以消息形式突出显示在右下角。状态栏显示人气值。

## Extension Settings

设置条目

* `danmaku.Room ID`: 直播间 ID (无需每次启动输入 ID)
