I recommend ```malware```, ```ransomware```, ```coinmining``` and ```adlist``` for everyone.
Note: This list might be too aggressive for some people but because of this they are pretty good at stopping malware and ads :D

Note that all the links in this blocklist are from different sources, I just made a tool that automatically scrapes and makes everything into sections + sorts out invalid lines.
