#### The "Career Aspirations of Gen Z" project is an insightful exploration into the career preferences, goals, and expectations of Generation Z.

#### In this project,  we use  3 Functional Dashboard which is Learing Aspiration,Manager Aspiration and Mission Aspiration Dashboard which is serves as analyzing, and visualizing data using various chart ,kpi and so on. 

#### Manager Aspirations Dashboard

This dashboard aims to analyze the respondents' preferences and willingness to work under certain conditions, such as abusive managers, remote work, and daily work hours.

•	Remote Working

•	Daily Work Hours Willingness

•	Minimum Expected Salary (First 3 Years)

•	Minimum Expected Salary (After 5 Years)

#### Mission Aspirations Dashboard

This dashboard is designed to evaluate the respondents' clarity and alignment with their company's mission, as well as their preferences for socially impactful companies.
