# Targeted_tool
Shiny application module for targeted analysis using external standard with/without internal standard correction.
## Objectives
To propose a tool for performing quantitative analysis calculation steps, using strong and reproducible methods. As secondary objectives, these app will propose simple quality control graphics and do inter batch normalization, as well as performing simple statistical analysis (boxplot by user-defined grouping) and multivariate analysis (PCA, (O)PLS-DA).
