Papierkram.de - TimeTracker as flutter app

## About

This open source app brings Papierkram.de to your smartphone. This includes the following:

* Functionality such as time tracking and documentation are fully supported.

* The app is compatible with the official application.

* Your timers are synchronized between app and desktop application. Start a timer in the app, stop it in the desktop application, just like that.
