Requirements:
a) Windows OS with PowerShell
b) Installed Visual Studio Code
c) PATH of Code.exe in PATH-ENVIRONMENT-VARIABLE
d) Folder ./_Installation/Zip-Files
e) _Install.bat (Backup _Install.bak in ./_Installation folder)
Installation of the SDL-Libraries:
1) Download the mingw and msvc development libraries from
http://www.libsdl.org/
(SDL2-devel-2.0.x-mingw.zip and SDL2-devel-2.0.x-VC.zip).
2) Move the zip-Files to folder
./_Installation/Zip-Files
3) Run _Install.bat
