从最新的Release中下载 `Serverless-DPlayer-PHP.zip`

在云函数列表新建一个函数

自定义创建->事件函数->代码部署->本地上传zip包

执行方法为 `danmaku.main_handler`

下载一个最新的[Release](https://github.com/qcminecraft/Serverless-DPlayer-PHP/releases)中的layer.zip，新建一个层（名称随意）并上传
