Constant Contact integration with SilverStripe

1) Use CMS > Settings to authorize Constant Contact

2) Select Constant Contact List to Subscribe at CMS > Settings

3) Use A2nt\ConstantContact\Controller::Subscribe() to add a contact to the selected list somewhere at your SilverStripe form
