# MdEditor - Markdown Editor (Linux & macOs soon)
A modern Markdown editor built with Electron, React, and TypeScript. This application provides a clean and efficient environment for writing Markdown documents with real-time preview.

## Installation (exe)

## Installation from source
### Prerequisites
- Node.js (v14 or higher)
- npm or yarn
### Setup
1. Clone the repository:
```bash
git clone git@github.com:achillebourgault/md-editor.git
cd markdown-editor
```
2. Install dependencies:
```bash
npm install
```
## Development
Run the application in development mode:
```bash
npm run electron:dev
```
## Building
Create a production build:
```bash
npm run electron:build
```
The built application will be available in the `release` directory.
