# Bharat Insights



**Bharat Insights** is a website aimed at providing easy access to government assistance programs and resources for low-income families in India. This platform focuses on helping users match their needs with available government schemes such as health insurance, employment schemes, and socio-economic protection programs.



This project is currently in its demo phase and will be further developed with contributions from open-source developers.

## Project Overview



The goal of **Bharat Insights** is to create an easy-to-use, informative platform where users can:

- Explore various government schemes and benefits.

- Easily navigate through available health and financial programs.

- Get recommendations based on their annual income and other financial information.



The website's mission is to ensure that assistance programs are more accessible to the people who need them the most.



## Current Features



This demo version includes:

1. **Navbar with essential links**: Includes Home, Join, and Community links for quick navigation.

2. **Typing Animation**: A welcome message with an animated typing effect to engage visitors.

3. **Informational Cards**: Four cards that provide information and links to government assistance programs:

    - Rashtriya Swasthiya Bima Yojana

    - Employment State Insurance Scheme

    - Central Government Health Scheme

    - Aam Aadmi Bima Yojana

4. **Contact Form**: Users can submit their name, email, and other information through a basic form that collects:

    - Name, email, and age

    - Financial status selection (dropdown)

    - Website feedback (radio buttons)

    - Additional comments (textarea)



## Future Development Plans



We have big plans to enhance **Bharat Insights** and make it a fully functional platform that will be helpful to millions of low-income families across India. Below are some of the planned features for future development:



- **User Account System**: Users will be able to create accounts, save preferences, and access personalized program recommendations.

- **Advanced Scheme Matching Algorithm**: Based on user input such as income, family size, and location, the website will recommend relevant government programs.

- **Multi-language Support**: To make the website more accessible, we will add support for multiple Indian languages.

- **Interactive Assistance Programs Guide**: An interactive guide to walk users through applying for different assistance programs.

- **Mobile Responsiveness**: Enhancing mobile and tablet responsiveness to ensure the website is accessible across all devices.

- **Data Collection & Analytics**: Collect anonymous user data to improve user experience and website features.

- **Improved UI/UX Design**: Enhanced design to make navigation smoother and improve user engagement.

- **Blog & Community Section**: Users can share their stories, experiences, and insights in a dedicated blog section.

- **AI-based Chatbot Support**: To assist users with real-time questions about the programs and resources.
