# International Volunteer Management System (IVMS)  

## Project Overview  

This repository contains the complete development of the **International Volunteer Management System (IVMS)** website, which was designed and developed during my internship at **Simtrak Solution Pvt. Ltd.**. The IVMS is a comprehensive platform that facilitates the management and coordination of international volunteers, streamlining registration, communication, and project management processes.  

## Key Features  

- **User Interface Design**:  

  - Updated and redesigned UI components to ensure a seamless and visually appealing experience.  

  - Integrated smooth **GSAP animations** for transitions and page loading effects.  

  - Designed a **responsive layout** for all web pages to enhance accessibility on devices of all screen sizes.  

- **Volunteer Registration**:  

  - Created a fully functional volunteer registration form.  

  - Integrated the registration form with **MySQL databases** using **PHP**.  

  - Ensured secure and efficient data handling via backend validation.  

- **New Web Pages**:  

  - Built the **Discussions Web Page** from scratch.  

  - Added advanced JavaScript functionalities for interactive user experience.  

  - Designed and styled web pages using **CSS** and **JavaScript** for a modern look and feel.  

- **Database Management**:  

  - Configured **Apache** and **MySQL** for backend server operations.  

  - Developed PHP scripts to handle database connections and data processing.  

- **Cross-Page Connectivity**:  

  - Linked all web pages to ensure a cohesive navigation structure.  

  - Verified smooth transitions and consistent design across the platform.  

- **Error Resolution**:  

  - Debugged backend errors related to **PHP scripts** and database integration.  

  - Collaborated with team members and mentors for problem-solving.

## Contributions  

1. Designed, developed, and integrated the entire IVMS website from scratch.
