OUTDATED: USE NSFPatents instead! Python program to parse Patents and Patent Applications which pertain to NSF, and put specific values into CSV format. I'm pretty bad at git, so ignore the files that aren't the CSV, Python file, or lxml. I'll remove the extra stuff eventually.
