# hello-world

## Description

Hello world with rails-react gem

This project is created to Implement a connection between a Ruby on Rails back-end and React front-end.

Understand the pros and cons of different approaches of connecting Ruby on Rails back-end with React front-end.

## Getting started

1. Clone the project `git clone https://github.com/AkshithaReddy1899/hello-world`

2. Installing the dependencies by running `bundle install`

3. Create database by running `rails db:create`

4. Run migrations `rails db:migrate`

5. To start the server `rails s`
