# fire-bed11-to-sam

Makefiles `rest.makefile` and `stim.makefile` convert BED4+7 formatted FIRE-linker-nucleosome datasets (via Nurislam and fibertools pipeline) to per-chromosome, per-haplotype indexed BAMs for rendering in fiberscope.
