When finished, the `IndelRelativeFrequencyViewer` React component will be a d3-rendered SVG figure of an amplicon, aligned indels, and indel frequencies, pulled from a sample indel object (such as `HBG-112.json`).

A local test client demo can be started via `npm run start` and visiting http://localhost:8080
