Installation

------------

Configure Kakoune to `source` wiki.kak at startup.

The `edit-wiki-index` command will open ~/wiki/index.wiki if it exists, or

otherwise open the wiki in the https://ranger.github.io/[ranger directory

browser], if installed. A key can be bound to this command to approximate

vimwiki's `\ww`.
