# 🔥 Streamlit Dashboard for visualizing U.S. real estate data and market trends

This Dashboard was developped using Streamlit. Several open-source packages are used to process the data and generate the visualizations, e.g.,[pandas](https://pandas.pydata.org/), [geopandas](https://geopandas.org), [leafmap](https://leafmap.org), [matplotlib](https://matplotlib.org/) and [pydeck](https://deckgl.readthedocs.io).



 



# 🚀 Repository Structure

- **README.md :** The top level README for reviewers of this project.

- **static directory :**  The folder contains the input data for purchase and refinance loans as well as the files used to geocode the adresses of granted loans. 

- **multiapp.py :** The class multiapp is used to create many pages.

- **requieremnent :** all requiered packages to launch the dashboard. 

- **Others directory :** contains images/logos used in the readme.
