# Requirements for the Impact Club Project 

# Person Entity 

The Person entity represents all individuals within the club, divided into two main roles: 

Leaders: Responsible for guiding, mentoring, and coordinating club activities, as well as ensuring alignment with the club’s mission and developmental goals. 

 Members: Actively engage in projects, tasks, and development opportunities, participating in skill-building and community initiatives. 

Each person, whether leader or member, is supported through tailored guidance, feedback, and mentorship throughout their journey with the club. 

# Projects Entity 

Projects are structured initiatives that focus on personal and social growth and align with the club’s mission to empower young people. 

Each project provides hands-on experiences that foster teamwork, practical skills, and community engagement. 

Projects include tasks and developmental activities that contribute to the club’s overarching mission. 

# Plans Entity 

Plans refer to the strategic frameworks developed by leaders to organize and guide the club's activities. 

These plans act as blueprints for both individual and collective growth, ensuring that all tasks and projects are purposefully aligned with the club’s developmental goals. 

Plans are designed to nurture the potential of each member, guiding them through structured, goal-oriented activities. 

# Sessions Entity 

Sessions are regular, structured meetings organized to promote communication, collaboration, and reflection among club members. 

Sessions provide a space for members to receive guidance, exchange feedback, and engage in planning discussions, fostering an atmosphere of support and cohesion. 

These sessions enable leaders to monitor member progress, address individual needs, and ensure alignment with the club’s mission and values. 

# Summary 

The Impact Club’s design centers on four core entities—Person, Projects, Plans, and Sessions—that together create a cohesive environment for meaningful self-development, leadership training, and social contribution. Through collaborative projects and guided sessions, the club equips members with essential skills, promoting resilience, empathy, and social responsibility.
