* `npm i` to install dependencies
* Run `ng serve` for a dev server. Navigate to `http://localhost:4200/`. The app will automatically reload if you change any of the source files.

* `data.service.ts` using httpClient service with a `getUser()` function to get user details from the API.

export class DataService {
apiUrl = "https://jsonplaceholder.typicode.com/users";
constructor(private _http: HttpClient) {}
//get array of users from API url
getUsers(): Observable {
return this._http.get(this.apiUrl);
}
}
```
