# Data Analysis Facebook API Ads

## Technologies Used: PySpark, Pandas, Matplotlib, SQL

- Analysed 39 million rows of Facebook ad data from the 2022 Australian Federal Election using PySpark, focusing on key political topics such as ad volume, demographic targeting, and ad expenditures.

- Produced insights on political trends through visualisations, identifying the most advertised issues (Economy, Healthcare), popular URLs, and hashtag usage. Labour Party ads had higher impressions across most demographics compared to the Liberal Party.
