This directory contains:
- A jupyter notebook called report_example.ipynb
- A latex bibliography file (bibtex) report_example.bib that is used in the jupyter notebook for all our references
- A logo (NEGI2018.png)
- A plot savec as a png file and included in the jupyter notebook using latex includegraphics (in a markdown cell)The sub-directory `converted` contains the result of nbpublish command (the one given in the last cell
of the jupyter notebook report_example.ipynb).The pdf file was uploaded in [Zenodo](http://zenodo.org) to get a DOI (`reserve DOI` when uploaded in Zenodo). Below
