## PyMiniLB

PyMiniLB stands for Python-Mini-LoadBalancer. Functionality of creating new application is only implemented. Next target is to start the load balancer. Till version 0.0.1, creating new application was only supported in a linux system. In version 0.0.2, creating new app is also possible in windows system, having powershell. Now processes can be started, though incompleted, but need to be more flexible.
