# Hono + @mostajs/orm Starter — Blog

## Quick start

```bash

git clone https://github.com/apolocine/hono-mostajs-orm-starter.git

cd hono-mostajs-orm-starter

npm install

npm run dev      # http://localhost:3000

No database to install — the default `sqljs` dialect runs SQLite in WebAssembly, **in-memory**, and seeds demo data on boot (3 users / 5 posts / 12 comments).

## Routes

## Stack

- **Hono 4** + **@hono/node-server** · **TypeScript** run with **tsx** (no build step)

- **@mostajs/orm 2.5.x** — `sqljs` (SQLite WASM) by default

- **Plain CSS** server-rendered pages (no framework, no native dep)

> Hono is portable: the same routes run on **Node, Bun, Deno, Cloudflare Workers and Vercel Edge** — pair it with `dialect: 'sqljs'` / `'pglite'` for a fully WASM, edge-ready data layer.

## Switch database (one env, no code change)
