# Allen Mechanisms

Arbor-ready versions of the NMODL files used in Allen Institute models made available on modeldb.

The mod files in this repo were take from the following model:

https://senselab.med.yale.edu/modeldb/ShowModel?model=184316

However, to the best of our knowledge the same mechanisms are used in all of the other models available on modeldb.
