## Motivation
Like this exist in others Blockchains how Ethereum and RSK, we will create our own Name Service
## Difference between Lightning Name Service and LNURL
LNURL allows create address without no one cost there's more, but with funcionalities low.
Now with Lightning Name Service will allow create others things.
