mikroj enables imagej/fiji on the mikro/arkitekt platform

# DEVELOPMENT

## Idea

This is a plugin/app for the mikro/arkitekt environment and enables to use imagej at its macros

in the mikro environment. Start the program and point it to your imagej environment.

## Install Packages

You can use one of the packaed versions that are one click installer

## Install

Install this applciation via 

```bash

pip install mikroj

```
