# Omero Bridge

Omero Bridge is a Arkitekt Plugin App, that allows you to transfer

images from Omero to Mikro and vice versa.

## Installation

This is a plugin app for Arkitekt. To install it, you need to have

Arkitekt installed. You can then use the "Orkestrator" Application

to install this plugin, by pointing to this repository.

## Usage

Once installed, you can use the "Omero Bridge" app to transfer images

from Omero to Mikro and vice versa. Its main goal is to allow

the ingestion of images from Omero to Mikro, and the export of

images from Mikro to Omero, so that OMERO images can be used

in workflows that require Mikro.
