Small web scrapper for scrapping grammar on the website http://la-conjugaison.nouvelobs.com.

I've used it for `spanish <-> french` but it should work for other languages with

minor modifications.

It generates a csv file that can be imported into [Anki](https://apps.ankiweb.net/)
