# Employee-Survey-Analysis

**Overview:**  

The Seattle Department of Public Works conducted a survey of approximately 1,500 employees to evaluate job satisfaction and uncover opportunities to enhance staff engagement. As part of the Human Resources team, the task involved analyzing the survey data and creating a visual summary to present key insights to HR leadership.

**Objective:**  

To analyze employee satisfaction and engagement levels within the Seattle Department of Public Works and provide HR leadership with data-driven insights to improve workplace culture, motivation, and retention.

**Conclusion:**   

The analysis revealed key insights into employee experiences, including areas where departments excel and where improvement is needed. 

Recommendations based on these findings will help HR leadership address gaps in recognition, inclusivity and development opportunities.

Implementing these strategies is expected to foster a more motivated and engaged workforce, contributing to higher productivity and retention.
