# Police-Encounter-Case-Study
A comprehensive dashboard showcasing the encounters performed by US law enforcement in the year 2015 and 2016 using tableau.
Some objectives that is covered in the tableau dashboard includes the trends and patterns of encounter in different states, encounters by classification, age group and race, top 5 states on the basis of custodial deaths, top 5 agencies involved in encounter.
Key Insights-
1. Most Encounters happened in California followed by Texas and Florida
2. Most of the encounters were done by gunshot
3. White people were the most affected by the encounters followed by the black people and latinos
4. Age group 20-29 and 30-39 suffered the most in encounters
5. About 95% males were affected by the encounters
