everything is CC-0
contribute a preprint:
1. clone the repo to your github account
2. add your preprint in a new folder via one or more commits. any format is acceptable.
3. create a zenodo account and [mint a doi for your contribution](https://guides.github.com/activities/citable-code/#intro)
4. add a new commit listing the doi on your preprint
5. all your commits to this repo via pull-request
